I dunno, Humayun, I felt Nolan had a tremendous opportunity to explore what lemmings scientists can be when confronted by power of their tools and the imperialistic machismo of the U.S. military, but he kinda missed the story -- and spent his time rehashing the story of Oppenheimer's security clearance -- already devastatingly retold in a play, Kipphardt's _In the Matter of J. Robert Oppenheimer_ If you want a film that goes deep on the Manhattan jProject, check out John Else's documentary, _The Day After Trinity_.
