Oh, I agree — it’s totally aimed at women, but it’s the pretense that one is suing the person aiding some one who is getting an abortion rather than the woman herself. I think the right tries not to blatantly blame pregnant women for choosing abortions because 1) pregnant women are sympathetic, 2) let’s face it, one out of eight adults in the US have had an abortion, so instead they place at aim at the clinics and the providers. It’s cruel and gutless at the same time.
